Collective Resilience and Planting Seeds Consulting are pleased to be leading partners with the City of San Leandro, support the development of a network of resilience hubs, spaces and blocks through capacity building workshops, funding opportunities and consulting.

Ready for Anything
We are supporting the Cohort’s network of sites – including places of worship, community centers, and neighborhoods – is centering the most vulnerable populations and focusing on disaster preparedness, community care and belonging, and climate mitigation and adaptation to be “ready for anything”.

Program Activities
In-Person Events and Workshops
In-person workshops and skill shares are scheduled in collaboration with sites and our organizational partners.
Funding
Sites who participate in the cohort have the opportunity to apply for funding from the City of San Leandro’s grants program to develop their site as a hub.
Consulting
RHI consultants and staff are providing sites with one-on-one consulting around fundraising and community organizing needs.
Online Workshops
Our monthly online workshops feature topics ranging from emergency preparedness to conflict resolution and fundraising, and offer sites the opportunity to share ideas and troubleshoot issues.
