Spring-Summer 2026 Opportunities Await
We are pleased to announce that, thanks to a generous community sponsorship grant from Ava Community Energy, Collective Resilience is offering a unique opportunity for organizations and agencies. Join us for free and low-cost workshops and consulting sessions designed to enhance your understanding of resilience hubs, spaces, and networks through our comprehensive framework. Workshops and Presentations
For Sites
Are you just starting to think about your site as a resilience hub and not sure how to get started? Or deeper into the process but wanting new ideas? We can provide a customized interactive (2-3 hour) workshop to fit your needs in developing your site as a resilience hub or space.
For Networks
We invite “grasstops” organizations and local governments to gather to strategize about creating a network for resilient hubs and places. We will explore why they matter, and the different approaches to networks, from digital communications to governing structures to activities.
Consulting
Interested in learning more about resilience hubs, spaces and partnership opportunities but not quite ready for a presentation or workshop? We would love to set up a 2-hour time (in person or online) to talk! In addition to sharing our advice, we will also be asking for your feedback about our draft criteria and frameworks for resilience hubs and spaces.

Our 3-month workshop series with the Thrive Alliance attracted 250 sign-ups and 20 guest speakers.
Network of Resilience Hubs
We collaborated with the City of San Leandro’s Sustainability Department to develop a network of resilience hubs through training workshops and consulting.
